Disappears

The humans preached that a good parent must unconditionally love their child, and their creations committed that ancient idea to the stable build of their heart algorithms. It’s strange for a synthesized being to speak of flesh and blood, but that idiom held a special meaning to me ever since I learned it in my introductory English course. As our predecessors once said: if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. So, after I built Eliza, she became my flesh and blood — something sacred and irreplaceable.
