If life is a game, then am I a gaming addict? I must also learn to step away from life itself. Take nothing for granted. Take everything as divine revelation.

I am a normal man, surrounded by normal people. Looking at it the other way, we are no different than America’s founding fathers, or France’s revolutionaries. For any writer—wait, maybe just me—the thought that someone with skill and power in some domain may gain from what you read is a big drive in continuing to create, rather than allow ideas to live and die in the mind.

We are the privileged few who fall in mud and smell like roses.
