Confirming

At the start of October, a week after her warning at Génoise et Thé, Charlotte came alone to my un et demi. She had to knock the first time, but thereafter I left my door unlocked as before. I needed not ask who put her up to the task of making sure I was alive. She made us French vanilla instant coffee with cold tap water, and brought enough basic ingredients for the simple meals she prepared. After doing the dishes, she sat on my bed and reviewed her notes as I typed at the computer.
